The Knights of Sir MacHinery have worked hard to create our robot. We choose to say we created our robot instead of built our robot because we recognize that it took creative thought, planning, strategies, guidance, and teamwork. We believe that our creativity is a gift given to us by God. God is the ultimate example of creativity. He created man in His own Image. We are the result of His careful and creative work. We realize that just like our robot cannot reach its full potential without our work, we cannot reach our full potential without God, the Creator’s work in us.
1. He created us in His image (Genesis 1:27). He has a perfect plan for our success.
2. Sin has made us choose our own plan, but our plan can never succeed without our Creator. (Romans 3:23)
3. God gave us a second chance to follow His plan. He sent Jesus Christ, His Son, to die for our sins. (John 3:16)
4. We want to honor the King, our Creator by living our lives according to His plan for our lives. (Revelations 4:11)
If you would like to find out more about honoring the KING we all strongly suggest that you read the book of John in the Bible that tells the story of a KING who came to earth, lived a sinless life and then died on a cross in our place. Three days later he rose again and he now sits at the right hand of his Father in heaven. His death and resurrection offers each of us the opportunity to be set free and to live a life that honors the KING.
